Picnic/ Popcorn Popper

Popcorn Popper:

Here it is.. Rome's version of the all time cooking favorite, the popcorn popper. Has removable handle for easy storing and removable lid for versatile cooking. Pops 2 quarts.

Heat a couple tablespoons of canola oil in the pan, add about 1/4 cup of kernals and spread evenly. Hold over flame or heat source. Do not stick in the coals. Cook, shaking from time to time listening for the kernals to start popping. When the popping dies down, remove from heat and check to see if the popcorn is done. You can expect there to always be some unpopped kernals. That's fine because if you try to pop every last one, you'll probably burn the kernals that already popped.  Steel with baked enamel finish.
